Founder + Digital Space Developer
Cliff Freeman graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, in 2016, with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, and with an M.S. in Technology Management, in 2018. He was an Obama Foundation Peer Advisor Fellow , and now works with The Young People’s Project (YPP) as the Director of STEM Programs [2017-Present].
Some highlights of Cliff’s work are: created a 10-week “Computer Literacy” course at Wentworth Institute of Technology (2014-2015); served as regional Executive Board member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) (2015-16); developed instructional materials for an National Science Foundation (NSF) EAGER grant at Kennesaw State University (2017-2018); designed the institutionalization of Computer Science education at Excel Highschool, a Boston Public high school (2017-present); and founder of the Young People’s Project’s summer Computational Thinking Lab, for high school students, @ MIT (2018-present).
